The customer service was especially nice as the salesmen were not at all pushy or aggressive as they are at most car lots & they were also very friendly & helpful. I was very guarded & skeptical at first but it didn't take long for us to realize that they were not just trying to sell us a car & push us out the door; they wanted to make sure we found something that fit our needs & budget even if it meant we walked away without a new set of keys in our hands.

Very happy with the folks at Preferred Auto. There was no pressure, and they answered all of my questions. The vehicles there are all clean, almost show room floor type looking vehicles. They also offer the car fax for the vehicle. They are very professional, but at the same time very easy to talk to. I definitely would recommend stopping by there if you're looking for something used and nice.
